Following the departure of John Hughes, John McPake was appointed as First Team Manager on 24 May 2022. John had previously been managed of Dundee FC from May 2019 until February 2022, initially in the Championship and then in the Premiership.

John Hughes was appointed First Team Manager on 11 November 2021, and stepped down from the position on 19 May 2022, following the club`s relegation from the Championship to League One.

Peter Grant was Dunfermline manager from 28th May 2021 until 31st October 2021. After making a good start in the League Cup Peter`s side did not win a league match under his charge and after twelve Championship games he left the club.

In June 2018 Stevie Crawford came in as temporary cover after First Team Coach, John Potter left to take up a similar role at Sunderland. Stevie`s position was made permanent within a month.

On the departure of Allan Johnston and Sandy Clark in January 2019, Stevie Crawford was appointed Head Coach. Stevie was in charge until he resigned on 18th May 2021 having finished the Championship season in fourth place. Having made the Premiership play offs his side were knocked out 2-0 on aggregate by Raith Rovers.

Allan Johnston was appointed as manager of DAFC on 8 May 2015, and left the position on 8 January 2019. During his time as manager he led the Pars to the League One title in 2016, and to the Premiership play-offs in 2018.
