Ryan Blair was loaned to Dunfermline from Swansea City from January to May 2019.

Ryan Blair joined Dunfermline on loan from Swansea City at the end of January 2019. The Glasgow-born midfielder had been in Wales since signing from Falkirk on a three and a half year contract during the transfer window in January 2016.

Blair came through the academy system at Falkirk making his professional debut on 6 September 2014 against Stranraer in the Challenge Cup. The following season he went to to make seven appearances for the Bairns in the Championship and one appearance in each of the League Cup and Scottish Cup.

He played a key role in the Swans under-23s` double-winning season of 2016-17, before returning to Falkirk on loan for the second half of last season. Made two appearances in the Football League Trophy in August 2018 for Swansea U21s and featured for Swansea under-23s` during first half of season 2018-19.

Dunfermline appearances: 12 starts plus one as sub. One goal - the winner against Queen of the South on 2nd March 2019.
