A centre back who was one season at Newcastle United before joining Dunfermline in May 2003.

He made a great start to his career at Dunfermline, initially impressing in the Under 21s but later making a claim for a first team place. He has good passing ability, reads the game well and has plenty of pace.

Since then he has suffered from injury problems and played less of a role in season 2004-05. Started 23 matches in 2005-06, still very young and earned a place in the team when Greg Shields moved to central defence. Only made two starts under Stephen Kenny and was told at the end of season 2006-07 that he was free to leave. Joined Finn Harp in the Eircom League.
