Declan returned on a two year deal in July 2020 but left for New Saints in June 2021.

The former Morton striker initially joined the Pars on 15th June 2017 on a one-year deal after leaving relegated Raith Rovers.

Declan started his career with Aberdeen - making his debut for the Dons in a 3-0 defeat at East End Park in 2012 - before enjoying loan spells with Alloa Athletic and Greenock Morton.

Graham Alexander signed him for Fleetwood Town in May 2015 but Declan was quickly back at Morton for a third period on loan there before being loaned out to Raith for season 2016-2017.

Leaving the Pars after the play offs in 2018, Declan joined Ross County winning two cups there before spending the 2019-2020 season at Falkirk where he scored 24 goals in 34 appearances.
