Lewis made his debut at the age of seventeen and made a large number of appearances at a young age. Released at the end of the 2021-2022 season after ten years at the club.

Lewis Martin, a tall centre back from Bonnybridge started his football at the local boys club. He attended Denny High School and having been at Rangers from U10s he arrived at Dunfermline at under 17 level in season 2011-12. Credits his coach at Rangers, Alan Boyd as key to his development.

Lewis made his Dunfermline debut days after his seventeenth birthday on 13th April 2013 coming on as a sub in the away match against Morton. Played in the Scottish Youth Cup final at Hampden on 1st May 2013 before going on to be a key part of the Pars first team defence.

Lewis suffered from a hard to diagnose ailment that meant he missed most of season 2018-2019 and all of 2020-2021. Returned to competitive action in January 2022 and made seven appearances before being released at the end of the season.

Selected to train with Scotland U18 squad in December 2013. Made four appearances for Scotland U19s.

Lewis made 171 Dunfermline appearances inc 14 as sub and 5 goals.
