Andy joined Dunfermline from Airdrieonians on 14th August 2017 and after being loaned back to the Diamonds for the latter half of the 2019-20 season did not have his contract renewed in the wake of Covid-19.

Andy joined Dunfermline from Airdrieonians on 14th August 2017. A product of the youth system at Hamilton he made just short of 100 appearances for the Lanarkshire club and while there he was loaned out to Brechin City and Arbroath.

He signed for Forfar Athletic in January 2016 and after scoring nine goals in 16 League One games, was signed by Airdrieonians for the following season.

Andy scored 27 goals in 41 appearances in his 2016-2017 season at Airdrie.

Andy made 63 appearances for Dunfermline including 35 off the bench. He scored 16 goals for the Pars and they never lost a match in which he scored.
