22 year old signed on 19th June 2019 on a two year contract, with a one year extension option. Started only one match for Dunfermline against Alloa Athletic in the Challenge Cup, loaned out to Clyde in January 2020 to get game time.
Tom was born in Warwickshire and as a young teenager, started his career at youth level at Birmingham City before moving on to Rangers in July 2015.
After a year with Rangers Tom went on to sign for Dumbarton and then Stranraer before getting more regular first team football at Clyde.
He made 24 appearances for the Bully Wee last season and played every minute of their four play off matches to secure promotion to League One.
The defender was capped ten times for Scotland at under 17 level.
