Scott was with Dunfermline Athletic since U10s. He is a local lad who attended Queen Anne High School and has been Pars fan all his life.
Scott claimed that the biggest influence of his development has been Stevie Paterson, his coach for three years while in the youth system at Dunfermline. Came through the youth set up at the same time as current U20s team mates Finn Graham, Scott Gray and Lewis Spence.
Went out for a month on loan to Albion Rovers on 8th November 2013.
Made Dunfermline debut when coming on as a sub v Rangers in on 3rd May 2013. Left when contract expired in May 2015 and joined East Fife.
