Very promising young defender, signed from Kilsyth Rangers in 1967. He did so well in the reserves, that he was brought in to replace Jim Fraser after his leg break in 1968.
Although he did well he only made 3 appearances as manager Farm preferred more experience. Before he could get back into the side, he picked up a bad injury, the following season. Although he got back to the fringes of the team he could not regain a starting place and drifted out of the game.
