Andy Tracey was a local lad who played for Lochore Welfare before signing for Dunfermline in 1969. He played as a striker. A prolific scorer in the reserves, he made his debut against Tottenham Hotspur in the Texaco Cup. He nevertheless failed to break through into the first team and left in 1971. He subsequently emigrated to Australia where he had a long career in football.
