Colin McGlashan joined Dunfermline Athletic from Dundee part way through 1984-85 but left at the end of that season. Subsequently, he was a prolific striker with other clubs, but sadly not with Dunfermline. He played on to the age of 40, appearing for Cowdenbeath, Clyde, Partick Thistle, Ayr United, Montrose and Arbroath before finishing his career at Elgin City.
