Kevin was a midfielder who was seemingly tipped for great things after signing from Raith Rovers and he made his Pars debut in a 2-0 defeat in a meaningless end of season match against Morton after promotion had been secured. Unfortunately Kevin was to only make 3 more appearances in the famous black and white over the next couple of seasons. He was then released at the end of the 2002/03 season after spending a period of time on loan at Ross County.
After his release from East End Park Kevin teamed up with ex Pars manager Dick Campbell at Brechin City, playing 33 games for City over a season and a half, he then moved on to Berwick Rangers in the January 2005 transfer window playing on 57 occasions for the Borderers before signing for Stenhousemuir in the close season of 2006.
Kevin stayed at Ochilview for a season and was a regular for the Larbert based side, pulling on the maroon shirt on 33 occasions in 2006/07. He then returned to Berwick in June 2007 for another season making another 30 appearances for the Shielfield Park club before moving on to Forfar in 2008 playing 21 games in the 2008/09 season.
