Jock Wilson
Date of Birth: 1894
Position: Central Defender

Appearances: 117
Substitute Appearances:
Goals: 11
Nationality: Scottish
Previous Clubs: Hearts

Last game against Hibs SL1
Son of former Sunderland and Scotland player Hugh Wilson, Jock had given Hearts a decade`s service by the time he was signed by Dunfermline as a 30 year-old.
It proved a master-stroke; the tenacious, never-say-die defender was also a steadying influence on his colleagues as the team lifted the Second Division title and went on to survive a first-ever season in the top tier.
Jock missed just five matches in three seasons with the Pars and ended up making more than 500 senior appearances, a remarkable figure considering he was wounded behind a knee during the First World War.
